I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my time here. Despite not speaking Japanese, communication was never an issue thanks to the helpfulness of the hosts and staff. The hotel was just as it was described - clean, cozy, and calm. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and a variety of nice restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff at reception were really nice and spoke English well, which was a huge plus for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Hase Station and the beach. We also loved the free breakfast that was served, with a variety of options including bread, jam, butter, and rice.
